THE “FLEXSPRAY” PISTON-PUMP
BODY GUARANTEE:
The pistons and pump bodies on all “FlexSpray”
pumps are guaranteed against failure due to cylinder bore scoring or material
defects or workmanship, during normal use, for as long as the pump assembly
continues to be in active service under the same application and design

or both, “FlexSpray” or one of its distributors will provide a replacement
piston and/or pump body of the same size and specification, with out cost to the
end user.

Variable depending on customer's needs - 1.25, 1.5, 2.5, 5, 10 and 40 gallon
stainless steel tanks
One to twelve pumps actuated off one press signal
Choose from two pump volumes and two fluid viscosity ranges (standard,
micro and high viscosity)
Standard
Pump Volume - 0.017 to
0.051 fluid ounces per pump cycle
Micro
Pump Volume - 0.005 to
0.017 fluid ounces per pump cycle
High Viscosity
Pump Volume - 0.025 to
0.051 fluid ounces per pump cycle
Standard
Pump Viscosity range
up to 500 SUS* at 100° F
Micro
Pump Viscosity range
up to 450 SUS* at 100° F
High Viscosity
Pump Viscosity range
up to 1,200* SUS at 100° F
* Please consult with
Variegate, Inc. for any viscosity ranges
above 400 SUS due to possible spray pattern degradation
